Is tipping expected?

A tip is always appreciated if you feel your guide provided exceptional service.

Tipping rates in the Netherlands are usually around 10%, although this is fully at your discretion.

Are your tours suitable for families and multi-generational groups? And what about differently-abled people?

Yes. We regularly design private experiences for families, multi-generational groups, and guests with varying mobility needs, including wheelchair users.

When planning your tour, we take into account walking distances, surface conditions, access points, seating opportunities, and restroom availability. Routes can be adapted to include step-free paths, accessible venues, and suitable meeting points whenever possible.

We recommend letting us know about any mobility requirements in advance so we can design the most comfortable and seamless experience for you.

Can you arrange private canal cruises and special occasions?

Yes. We organize private canal cruises for anniversaries, proposals, celebrations, and corporate events.
